Practical Islamic Theology in Dialogue

The series explores current debates of practical theology and religious education within the still emerging field of Islamic theology. Presenting new research and discourses from both intra- and inter-theological perspectives, it addresses questions of pastoral care and community pedagogy, public theology and interreligious learning, promoting dialogue and cooperation between Islamic and Christian perspectives. The series hopes to contribute to a practical theology that is anthropologically applied and informed by human needs. It includes monographs and topical edited collections.

The series is edited by Darjusch Bartsch and Detlef Schneider-Stengel.
