Anna Langenbruch

Anna Langenbruch (Dr. phil.), born 1979, works as a musicologist with a primary focus on the cultural history of music at Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg. Since 2016, she has directed the research group »Music History on Stage: Constructions of the Musical Past in Music Theater«, which is part of the German Research Foundation's Emmy Noether Program. Her research interests focus on the cultural history of exile and migration, inter-medial music historiography, music theater, the history of science and humanities as well as gender studies.
