Cornelia Escher
Cornelia Escher, born 1981, is assistant professor for the history and theory of architecture at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. She earned her doctorate with research on utopia of mobility around 1960 at ETH Zurich. From 2014 to 2017 she was a postdoc researcher in the Leibnizpreis awarded research group »Global Processes« at Universität Konstanz. Her research focuses on the history of architecture of the 19th and 20th century, spatial and architectural theory and global history of architecture.
