Matthias Däumer

Matthias Däumer (Dr. phil.) is teaching medieval literature at the University of Vienna. He studied literature and theatre studies in Munich and Mainz, where he received his PhD for an interdisciplinary dissertation about the performative potential of Arthurian romances. His publications focus on texts of the High Middle Ages, working with serial narration, medial, performative, and special theory.
